This D A Carson and Douglas J Moo book 'An Introduction to the New Testament', is a scholarly work addressing the historical issues associated with the New Testament. The authorship, dates, sources, purpose, and destination of each NT book are treated in details. This book is being published specially for Hasat, the Turkish equivalent of Theological Education by Extension, which runs in-depth courses for all in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Antalya.
This excellent Phillip Yancey book, 'Where Is God When It Hurts?', treats the problem of wounded hearts. This is something very prevalent amongst Christian converts in Turkey and other Islamic countries, who often suffer rejection by their families and friends. Deep healing is required to enable them to grow and mature.
