Some Important Titles We Have Published in Recent Years

We have recently published this second edition of Billy Graham's classic: Peace With God.   It is a book that appeals to a wide audience of all ages, and has sold very well across both editions.   As the back cover says: "All mankind is seeking the answer to the confusion, the moral sickness, the spiritual emptiness that oppresses the world.   All humanity is crying out for guidance, for comfort, for peace."

This Gordon Fee and Douglas Stuart book, How To Read The Bible For All It's Worth, is proving a real help in encouraging Turkish Christians of all ages to read their Bible.   It presents a very practical approach to Bible study in an easy to understand style.

Mother Teresa's life of caring for the destitute is an inspiration and challenge to all.   Sam Wellman's biography, Mother Teresa - Missionary Of Charity is very well-balanced account.   It is detailed enough to communicate the intense drama of her life, but is not long and is very easy to read.

Converts in Turkey and other Muslim countries suffer many hurts while investigating Christianity and coming to faith in Jesus.   David Seamands' book, Healing for Damaged Emotions, provides much-needed help for spiritual and emotional healing.

The growing number of committed Christian families in Turkey mean that children's books are becoming very important.   Patricia St John's beautifully written and engaging story, Treasures Of The Snow, captures the innocence of childhood and the joys to be found in little things.   This timeless classic also gives clear teaching on what the healing power of repentance and forgiveness can achieve in the lives of those who put their trust in Jesus Christ.

John Stott's fine commentary on Galatians has been published specially for pastors and has proved very popular with them.   Galatians' clear teaching that faith in Jesus Christ alone saves us, and its stress on liberty, which frees us from legalism and licence, is particularly relevant to Turkish Christians.

Most Haberci titles can be purchased from the (English language) website of Turkish Christian books, CDs, and DVDs: www.christiankitap.info, and from the (Turkish language) equivalent of Amazon: www.ideefixe.com - where Haberci titles are listed on several search results pages.
